Samdech Heng Samrin Hosts a Dining Ceremony for International Delegates to Successfully Participate in IPA General Assembly
Phnom Penh: After the successful closing of the IPA General Assembly on the night of November 24, 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly and President of the 43rd IPA, organized a dinner for the parliamentary delegation. IPA members, parliamentary delegations, IPA observers and all international guests at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel in a very happy and friendly atmosphere.
On behalf of the Cambodian Parliament, on behalf of the Cambodian people and on behalf of the President of the 43rd IPA General Assembly, Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin once again welcomed and thanked the presence of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, National Guests. Samdech stated that, in fact, the entire IPA family had not seen each other in person for two years due to the global epidemic of Kovid-19.
