Key remarks by Samdech Techo Hun Sen on the occasion of handing over diplomas to more than 2,000 PPIU students

Phnom Penh: On the morning of October 11, 2022, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, presided over the graduation ceremony for Phnom Penh International University (PPIU) students after they successfully completed their studies.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen has always been honored to preside over the graduation ceremony for PPIU University students to encourage graduates. Samdech Techo has already presided over the graduation ceremony of PPIU University 5 times already.

On that occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen delivered the following keynote speech:
– Samdech Techo Hun Sen said that more than 10 years ago, if Ms. Kolap was not rescued, PPIU University would collapse.
– Samdech Techo Hun Sen thanks the Supreme Court for acquitting Ms. Kolap’s husband from charges.
