Samdech Krala Hom said that the Ministry of Interior is not different from other ministries and institutions have the duty to contribute to the process of initiating and drafting relevant laws, but another special point is that along with the initiation and drafting of the law, the Ministry of Interior Surfaces have roles and responsibilities to ensure general law enforcement.

On that occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister recalled the history of drafting laws and regulations, especially in the process of leading and managing the Ministry of Interior and sub-national administration. In connection with this topic, Samdech also reiterated the background and commitment of the Royal Government in the work of sub-national administrative reform, especially the transfer of functions, resources and authority.
