Samdech Sar Kheng: Education, training, knowledge enhancement and capacity building must be done sustainably so that the police have sufficient knowledge, skills, experience and professional ethics
Phnom Penh: Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Ministry of Interior, stated that education and training to increase knowledge and capacity building is a sustainable work to make the National Police Force and prison officers have enough knowledge, skills and experience.
