Phnom Penh: In the afternoon of December 11, 2022, a technical workshop on dissemination and public relations under the theme [Creation of message and influence of (message) on youth society] was chaired by HE Khieu Kanharith, Minister News and HE Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia at the Many Center of KAMPUS. This technical workshop was attended by members of the CPPCC Outreach Team. Nationwide, a total of 400 guest students majoring in media management at universities in Phnom Penh and the general public.

In his opening remarks, HE HUN MANY also stated that this workshop is an important meeting to strengthen and expand the capacity of the members of the CPPCC. And contribute to the Royal Government in training young people in the field of media and public relations. He said that message creators have an important role to play in educating the mindset, society and national development of the country, not only to analyze the socio-politics separately, but also to be intertwined with the economic and geographical aspects. The current technical workshop also features guest speakers with specific experience in outreach and public relations work from public and private institutions and local public relations heads from the social networking companies Facebook and TikTok in order to monitor the progress of the work.
