Recently, in Battambang province, floods caused by rain affected 14 districts (over 91 communes, sangkats and 502 villages), affecting a total of 29,384 families. A total of 1,051 families were evacuated and a total of 29,384 houses were affected, 32 were damaged, 76 schools were affected, 6 health centers were visited, 19 pagodas and 4 public administration buildings were damaged.
