Phnom Penh÷Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, called on philanthropists, the private sector and non-governmental organizations to continue to support resources and means to promote the education movement through the scout system.
Samdech’s appeal was made on the afternoon of October 10, 2022, while Samdech presided over the closing ceremony of the General Assembly of the Cambodian National Scouts, which was held at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
