Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng Receives Gold Medal Commemorating the Great Wall from the First Conference of the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum
Phnom Penh: In the afternoon of November 29, 2022, through the video conference, Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, received the Great Wall Commemorative Medal from the first conference of the Security Cooperation Forum. Presented by HE Wang Xiaohong, Member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Minister of Public Security of China, the highest honor for the world’s leading foreign leaders. The first conference of the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Liangyungang) was organized under the theme: Security Cooperation for Common Prosperity, with participants from 40 countries. The Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Liaryungang) is a non-governmental and international non-profit forum held regularly at a permanent location.
This forum is upgraded and transformed from the Lianyungang Forum, which was launched by the Chinese Ministry of Public Security in 2015 and aims to provide a more modern and comprehensive open forum for exchanges and coordination between senior officials from Government and international organizations, law enforcement officials, police officers, business leaders and expert advisors.
