Samdech Sar Kheng Presides Over the Inauguration Ceremony of a School Building and Achievements in Pean Rong Commune, Damrey Puon Commune, Svay Antor Commune and Ang Tret Commune, Svay Antor District, Prey Veng Province
Phnom Penh÷Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng, Acting Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia, this morning, September 28, 2022, presided over the inauguration ceremony of 7 school buildings with 56 classrooms and achievements in Pean Rong commune. Damrey Puon, Svay Antor commune and Ang Tret commune, Svay Antor district, Prey Veng province.
Addressing the ceremony, Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng happily recalled when he received requests to contribute to building achievements in Prey Veng province from philanthropists, including government leaders, lawmakers and philanthropists from Private sector, in which the Prince also highlighted the construction of kindergartens that are important for young children who are the children of the people.
Samdech Krala Hom said that building a good school and teaching process in kindergarten is an educational path in civil society because this kindergarten is a class that trains young children to have good qualities for continuing. Continuous study and also related to their future life, including cultivating the courage of children to make children wonder, ask questions, curious, which is a contributing factor to make children smart.
Samdech Krala Hom also thanked all the benefactors, including the team led by His Excellency General Neth Savoeun, Chairman of the Svay Antor and Kanhchriech District Assistance Team, for their continuous and extensive support for the construction of special school infrastructure. Learn the streets, pagodas and other public buildings for the people to use.
On behalf of all the benefactors, Samdech Krala Hom announced the transfer of all these achievements to the people as well as the provincial administration, districts, communes, villages, teachers to be the owners, continued by Samdech added, “Because it is public property. I try to raise money from philanthropists to help build, but I do not have the opportunity to help maintain all the time. So please consider it our wealth, gold, diamonds. ”
At the same time, Samdech continued to talk about the reform of decentralization and deconcentration to transfer the authority of resources from the national level to the sub-national level so that the sub-national level is responsible according to its capacity and capabilities, in fact, the Royal Government It is planned to transfer the management of kindergartens and primary schools to the municipal, district and khan administration after a successful pilot in Battambang province.
On that occasion, on behalf of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party and on behalf of the party leadership, Samdech thanked all party members and supporters who voted in favor of the candidate. The party has prepared to stand for commune council election and get successful results.
Samdech considered the success of the commune council elections in the past as a proof that the people have supported and satisfied the candidates that the party has prepared and supported and have confidence in the party leadership. Samdech also thanked the local authorities for working together to meet the needs of the people with the leadership, making the people satisfied and trust the leadership of the Royal Government and the party.
Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng also expressed his happiness when he saw the people celebrating the festival and walking happily on the occasion of the recent Pchum Ben festival.
